Proposal Approval Timelines
2025-2026 dates to meet catalog deadlines for Academic Year 2026-2027
The timelines below are for new and substantial program and unit proposal approvals. It is recommended that all proposals reach the Undergraduate or Graduate Councils steps no later than their September/October meetings in order to be completed in time for the following Fall semester. This is a general timeline used for planning and is not a guarantee.
In an effort to ensure your proposals are at their best, the Curriculum team is offering an opportunity for a more comprehensive review. To facilitate this please make a request to Curriculum and have at the appropriate Council review at least two weeks prior to the agenda date (listed in parentheses).
